Hi, I'm Tom, and I bring both science and art to my craft and leadership.

Like a scientist, my work always starts with a clear question or objective. This clarity of vision provides teams with stability in the chaos of innovation. And while cognitive psychology informs my interaction design, Gestalt theory informs my visual work.

As an artist, my work is motivated by my compassion and drive to make the world a better place. As a natural empath, I can easily live into the perspective of others: team members and end users alike. The creative work I do in my free time keeps my aesthetic senses fresh, and my energy helps me inspire others towards a larger vision.
